Andy is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in finance and operations across multinational groups, start-ups, and diverse sectors including mobile gaming, tech, and client-service industries. With a strong track record in C-suite and Board-level collaboration, Andy has shown demonstrable success in driving business growth in complex international environments.
Earlier in his career, Andy was Group Finance Director at Ustwo, an international group spanning digital design, mobile gaming and venture investment. During this time he was instrumental in upgrading all aspects of the finance function to support a doubling of revenue to £35m and improved management information systems.
More recently, Andy has engaged in numerous part time Director roles with SMEs in sectors such as Healthcare, Client Service and Tech, providing guidance for financial planning, strategy and investment readiness.
Above all, Andy takes a hands-on approach across the finance function to ensure that processes and controls are fit for purpose, efficient and supportive to the strategic needs of the business. With a unique combination of technical expertise, he has guided businesses through system setup, automation and efficiency improvements while providing strategic advice on group structure, international expansion, turnover, margin and profit growth.
