He has held senior leadership roles as a C-Suite Executive, Managing Director, Management Consultant, and Business Advisor, driving commercial success in sectors including creative, cultural, technology, gaming, and events.
Ben began his career in Workflow & Business Intelligence before transitioning into the Creative Industries, where he established and scaled an award-winning creative agency and a globally recognized live events company. He is an expert in identifying innovative growth opportunities through brand and product development, business strategy, integrated marketing, and customer engagement, with a history of managing high-profile clients, complex business operations, and diverse international teams.
A strategic thinker and hands-on leader, Ben has helped startups, SMEs, and multinational organisations refine their go-to-market strategies, optimise commercial operations, and drive business expansion. He has successfully led multimillion-pound marketing campaigns, spearheaded cultural initiatives, and built sustainable revenue models for growing businesses.
As well as being a key member of the Evoke Management team, he is also the Co-Founder & COO of an AI-led Game Design studio, focused on leveraging collaborative storytelling and play for positive impact.
