Mike is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience in various sectors including insurance, global banking, tech and financial advice businesses and has exceptional knowledge of regulated environments.
He has successfully worked with large national and multi-national companies as well as start-up, scale-up and established SMEs.
Most recently, Mike has concentrated on working with SMEs to facilitate turnaround strategies, prepared business for founder exit/investment and worked with PE houses and corporate finance advisers on the sale of several businesses.
